Without disturbing the Earth's subsoil by mining operations, UZCOPPER JV LLC has become a pioneer in Uzbekistan, taking the lead in organizing from scratch a new, modern and environment friendly production of processing of former wastes of Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex, with re-extraction of non-ferrous and noble metals. While considering a complex tailing management solution for the mining and processing complex, dry tailings storage is an obvious choice for the future including optimization of water use strategy, reducing water consumption and negative environmental impacts.
COMPANY DEVELOPMENT PLAN
We are currently actively working on a project to construct a new mining and processing complex in the Republic of Uzbekistan, based on a technogenic deposit. Developed infrastructure of the region and the location of the project provide excellent opportunities for logistics and access to processed and project mineral resources. The team of UZCOPPER JV LLC, consisting of specialists and managers with extensive experience in mining and project management, is working on the optimal infrastructure and production design for the future processing complex.
